Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative to
provide services to patients, providers, and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone inquiries and determine eligibility for
support programs
Coordinate pharmacy triage and order processing for wholesale
orders
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer requests
in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree
preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, medical
billing, or healthcare-related fields
Experience with benefits verification and healthcare business
administration is preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be
considered
