Job Description:
Job Summary:As a key member of our sales team, you will be
responsible for driving the sales of Comcast Business strategic
products and solutions in new markets. You will identify and pursue
new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with
existing customers, and work closely with internal teams to ensure
operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed
customer expectations.Core Responsibilities:
- Territory Development: Develop the strategy for your sales
territory, including identifying strategic partnerships, planning
the development of a territory, and cultivating local partnerships
and organizational affiliations.
- Lead Generation: Actively research and generate new leads with
targeted businesses through various prospecting activities,
including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner
relationships.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver face-to-face sales
presentations to strategic prospective clients that demonstrate
knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
- Customer Retention: Retain customer base by delivering on the
Comcast credo, ensuring a superior customer experience, and
maintaining and building customer relationships to drive customer
retention.
- Operational Efficiency: Work with internal teams to ensure
operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed
customer expectations through strong customer service orientation
with excellent follow-up skills.Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of Network Design, SDWAN, and Network
Security
- Familiarity with MAN technologies and designs, including WDM,
Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services, Voice
Network Technologies, Data Networking Technologies, Functionality &
Services, Networking Protocols, Customer Premise Equipment,
Cybersecurity, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery conceptsWhat
