Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead HVAC Engineer to design and
troubleshoot HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and investigate HVAC systems including commercial,
industrial, and laboratory applications
Provide support in planning, scheduling, and conducting detailed
design phases of facility engineering work
Prepare technical specifications, engineering studies, and assist
with facility upgrades and replacements
Required Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Ten or more years of relevant HVAC system design experience
Proficiency in TRACE 700 or 3D+, AutoCAD, and Microstation
Knowledge of relevant HVAC codes and standards
Experience in preparing HVAC studies and coordinating detailed
design phases
