• Daily Operations: Lead and oversee gym operations, ensuring all members enjoy a welcoming, clean, and high-energy environment.
• Member Satisfaction: Drive member satisfaction through exceptional customer service and engagement, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain gym cleanliness and organization, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition and facilities meet high hygiene standards.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage gym staff, ensuring alignment with the gym's core values and commitment to providing a top-tier experience.
• Standards Implementation: Implement and uphold company standards, procedures, and policies to optimize gym efficiency and profitability.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage financials, including membership sales, retention, and overall revenue growth.

• 1-3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, with a "never stop" mentality and a strong work ethic.
