Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director - Pediatric
Otolaryngology.
Key Responsibilities
Complete evidence-based medical case reviews for medical
necessity
Conduct peer-to-peer consultations with referring providers
regarding treatment appropriateness
Collaborate with a team of physicians to ensure quality patient
care through evidence-based decision making
Required Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. with an active U.S. state medical license and board
certification in Pediatric Otolaryngology
Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience post
residency/fellowship
Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws
Strong computer skills and ability to work autonomously
Ability to commit to a set weekly work schedule (Monday through
Friday)
