A company is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist:
Offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple
international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding
experience
Provide guidance on HR matters related to terminations, ensuring
legal compliance and best practices
Lead meetings with clients and external employees regarding
terminations and separations, influencing positive outcomes
Required Qualifications
Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure
across the employee lifecycle
Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with
legal compliance
Ability to analyze complex HR issues and communicate practical
solutions
Tech-savvy with experience in collaborating asynchronously on
various tools
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and
accountability
