Job Description:
A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriting Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite Non-QM loans and review team performance, service level
agreements, and data integrity
Identify and implement processes to meet goals, and provide
guidance and leadership support to Underwriters
Assign new loan files, monitor reports, and assist Underwriting
Manager with various tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and
experience
5+ years of mortgage underwriting experience with knowledge of
guidelines
5+ years of underwriting supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of Non-QM requirements and compliance
regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
