Job Description:
A company is looking for a Long Term Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of moderately complex claims, including pending,
ongoing, and appeal reviews
Conduct timely and accurate claims reviews and documentation in
compliance with regulations
Communicate proactively with claimants and stakeholders to gather
essential information and provide updates
Required Qualifications
Experience in claims management or a related field
Knowledge of state and department of insurance regulations
Ability to analyze information and make logical claims
determinations
Experience collaborating with external and internal resources, such
as medical professionals and attorneys
Proficiency in documentation and professional writing skills
