Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Research Project Manager
to oversee and coordinate clinical trial activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large, complex multi-center clinical trials, managing
regulatory, financial, and administrative aspects
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop operational plans and
recruitment strategies for clinical trials
Monitor project progress, communicate updates to leadership, and
implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area required; Master's degree
preferred
6+ years of progressive experience in clinical project management
or related fields
Experience managing clinical trials in academic, hospital, or
pharmaceutical settings
Strong clinical research background and familiarity with relevant
regulations
Proven experience in process improvement and change management
preferred
